Nixon Medical, New Castle, DE, announced its acquisition of Scrubs Medical Laundry, a provider of healthcare laundry services based in San Antonio, TX.
The transaction officially closed on May 9. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, Scrubs Medical Laundry has earned a reputation for reliable service and dedication to its customers across San Antonio, a news release noted. This acquisition strengthens Nixon Medical’s presence in the Texas market and allows for continued growth in the region, while ensuring uninterrupted care for Scrubs Medical Laundry’s current customers.

This marks Nixon Medical’s third acquisition in Texas. Fairmount Partners served as the M&A adviser, and Cozen O’Connor was Nixon Medical’s legal counsel for the transaction.
