Pinnacle Textile, King of Prussia, PA, announced the hiring of Gerald Badding as its new FR business development manager. In his new role, Badding will focus on expanding the reach and impact of Pinnacle’s Topps® brand.
Badding brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, account management and product marketing, with a specialized focus on flame-resistant (FR) solutions across industries such as safety apparel and uniform programs.
Badding has worked in leadership roles at Rasco FR USA LLC and Workrite Uniform Co., where he developed and executed strategic sales initiatives, launched high-performance FR products, and expanded market share through targeted marketing campaigns, trade show engagement and strong customer relationships.
