TRSA is bringing its highly regarded Regional Production Summit series to the Northeast this fall, offering a dynamic blend of education, networking and hands-on learning for professionals in the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

Scheduled for Oct. 22–23 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City, the Northeast Production Summit is designed to help plant and production managers, general managers and other industry leaders sharpen their operational skills and stay ahead of emerging trends.

What to Expect

The summit features a full day of educational sessions followed by a networking reception on day 1, and a local plant tour on day 2. Attendees will gain insights into:

  • Employee engagement strategies
  • Linen selection, handling and maintenance
  • Quality-assurance tools and techniques
  • Dashboard-Driven Safety Insights
  • Trends in production automation and digitalization

Lisa Ryan, CSP and founder of Grategy®, will open the conference with a session titled, “The Fabric of Success: How Engaged Employees Drive Business Excellence in Textile Services.” Her session will focus on building a workplace culture that values and motivates employees – an essential factor in boosting productivity and reducing turnover.

Facilitated roundtable discussions will allow participants to dive deeper into regional challenges and share best practices with peers.

The summit will feature a plant tour of Single Source Plus Laundry’s 18,000-square-foot Bellmawr, NJ, facility, which processes more than 200,000 lbs. of textiles weekly for luxury hospitality clients using advanced automation. Plant tours offer attendees a firsthand look at innovation and operational excellence in the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

Why Attend

TRSA’s regional summit format, introduced in 2024, has received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 – well above the industry benchmark. The summits use the same speakers and content for each region. Glenn Walton from M+A Matting attended the Midwest Summit in March of this year and found the conference was valuable and a great use of time. Jennifer Stevenson from Wildman Uniform & Linen added that, “There was a lot of valuable information. I thoroughly enjoyed all the speakers and presentations.”

Registration is open, and attendees can save $100 if they register before Sept. 5.
