Friendly competition, great items and a chance to give back – the Silent Auction returns to the 2026 TRSA Annual Conference & CEO Summit, May 12–14.

All proceeds benefit TRSA’s Foundation, the Textile Rental Education and Research Trust (TRERT), which funds scholarships, internships and initiatives that develop the next generation of industry leaders.

Last year, TRSA members raised nearly $15,000 through the Silent Auction – an incredible show of generosity. This year? Let’s see if we can top it.

When & Where
The Silent Auction will take place Thursday, May 14, from 5–6 p.m., during the Conference Cocktail Reception.

Donate an Item
Conference attendees are encouraged to contribute auction items to help make this event a success. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We’re looking for items that spark interest, conversation and a little friendly bidding rivalry. Popular donations include:

  • Gift cards and travel packages
  • Exclusive experiences
  • Tech gadgets
  • Golf gear and sports memorabilia
  • Unique services or one-of-a-kind items

To donate and learn how to submit your item, please complete the Silent Auction Donation Form by April 20.

Place Your Bid
All conference attendees are invited to bid on a wide range of items throughout the cocktail reception. Bidding will take place in person during the event.

Every winning bid directly supports education, research and professional development initiatives that strengthen the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

“The Silent Auction is a fun and meaningful way for our members to give back,” said Joseph Ricci, president and CEO of TRSA. “We’re grateful to the members who make it possible, and it’s a great example of how our Annual Conference & CEO Summit brings people together to support the future of the industry.”
