The 9th Annual TRSA Marketing, Sales and Service Summit will take place on Oct. 13 at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego, CA. The event features a keynote address by Damus Smith, creator of Sales That Sticks®, who will share practical strategies for building trust, simplifying decision-making and creating lasting customer value.
This year’s program includes sessions focused on AI search, operator and supplier partnerships, customer engagement and leadership skills. Attendees also will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions, interactive roundtable discussions and two hands-on, mini-workshop-style sessions designed to encourage collaboration, practical learning and real-time application of key concepts. The program also features the popular Best of the Best peer-sharing competition, where participants can exchange successful ideas and vote on the most impactful strategies.
The summit will offer a series of engaging sessions, including:
- Stronger Together: Building High-Impact Operator-Supplier Partnerships – Operator and supplier teams will discuss how collaboration and communication contribute to stronger business relationships and customer success.
- What AI Gets Right and Wrong About Your Laundry Business – Attendees will explore and demo how AI tools interpret company messaging, services and buyer intent.
- Conversation Starters Roundtables – Participate in peer-driven discussions on AI, sales strategy and operational efficiency and other topics determined by attendees.
- Inside the Agency Playbook: Proven Marketing Trends That Work – Marketing experts will share emerging trends and strategies delivering measurable results across the industry.
The day will conclude with a joint networking reception alongside attendees from TRSA’s Healthcare Conference, providing additional opportunities for connection and collaboration.
“This Summit is shaping up to be one of our best events yet because it goes beyond traditional conference learning,” said Susie Jackson, senior director of marketing communications at TRSA. “This year’s program is designed to be highly interactive, allowing attendees to actively apply new strategies through hands-on workshops, live demonstrations and real-world customer scenarios. I’m excited for the energy, engagement and results this experience will deliver.”
