Joseph Ricci, president & CEO of TRSA, has been appointed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Association Committee of 100 (C100), a distinguished group of association executives representing industries and organizations across the country.

Founded in 1958, C100 brings together leading association executives to network, build partnerships and discuss current issues. According to the U.S. Chamber, C100 members represent the interests of their association members, enhance the Chamber’s pro-business advocacy, lobbying and coalition work, and strengthen its efforts to support business growth and America’s success. The Chamber describes C100 as having a “well-established reputation as one of the most distinguished appointments in the association community.”

Ricci’s appointment recognizes his career in association leadership and advocacy while providing an additional national platform to represent TRSA members and the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

“I am honored to join the Association Committee of 100 and particularly proud of what this opportunity represents for TRSA and our industry,” Ricci said. “Throughout my career, I have believed strongly in the power of associations to bring industries together, build consensus and advocate for policies that help businesses and their employees succeed.”

Ricci joins association executives representing a broad cross-section of American business. The Chamber’s most recent announced C100 appointees include Amanda Eversole, president and CEO of the Financial Services Forum; Paul McCarthy, president and CEO of MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association; and Edith Naegele, president and CEO of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Recent appointments also have included executives leading the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, American Bakers Association, American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, Airlines for America, American Cleaning Institute and CTIA – The Wireless Association.

“This appointment is meaningful to me personally, but I also see it as recognition of TRSA, our members and the essential industry we represent,” Ricci said. “Our members serve businesses and institutions throughout the economy. C100 provides an important opportunity to bring our industry’s perspective to the broader national business dialogue while learning from other association leaders.”

As president & CEO of TRSA, Ricci leads the association’s advocacy, education, certification, research and professional-development initiatives on behalf of the linen, uniform and facility services industry.
