Royal Basket Trucks Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of material-handling solutions, announced the acquisition of Leebaw Manufacturing Co.’s manufacturing and distribution assets. Going forward, the business will operate as Canfield Cart Manufacturing under Jeff Raymer and his team, according to a news release.
