TRSA’s 2026 Annual Industry Safety Survey is now open following its recent shift to a March release to align with the timing of OSHA submissions. This survey continues to serve as a key benchmark for safety performance across the linen, uniform and facility services industry and helps demonstrate to OSHA that companies are proactively working to strengthen workplace safety.
“We encourage all operators to submit their data so we have the best possible representation of the industry,” said Don Bock, TRSA staff liaison for the Safety Committee. “Your participation not only helps us build a more accurate picture of safety trends, it also gives you access to a free copy of the annual report, which is a valuable tool for improving safety performance.”
By participating, companies can compare their safety records with industry benchmarks, identify areas for improvement and ensure that they are taking effective steps to eliminate risks in their facilities.
Submitting data is straightforward. Operators can copy information from OSHA Form 300A into the provided PDF or use the electronic spreadsheet, which is especially helpful for multi-site organizations. Photocopies of Form 300A are also accepted. All documentation is treated as fully confidential and submitted directly to Mackay Research Group.
TRSA members who complete the survey will receive a FREE 2026 TRSA Industry Safety Report (covering 2025 data) along with a custom benchmarking report comparing their results with the broader industry. Non-members who participate can purchase the 2026 report at the member rate of $495, saving $1,100 compared with nonmembers who do not participate.
Surveys are due March 20 and can be found here. Interested in purchasing the 2025 report? Click here.
