With more than three decades of expertise in engineering, maintenance and reliability management, Schock brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of industries, including industrial laundry, chemical processing, plastics, dairy, distribution and the military.
Throughout his career, Schock has built a reputation for driving innovation and efficiency in complex operations. One of the recent highlights of his journey was his presentation at the International Maintenance Conference, where he shared insights from leading the transformation of a large multisite corporation’s maintenance operations. His work involved transitioning from a browser-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to a cutting-edge, mobile-centric platform – a move that reshaped reliability practices and set a new standard for operational excellence.
“As he steps into this role at Spindle, Schock is poised to leverage his proven leadership and broad industry perspective to advance maintenance strategy, elevate reliability programs and create lasting impact,” the company said in a news release announcing his hiring.
