Several TRSA Members Crack Top Sales List
Four TRSA members recently made the Selling Power “60 Best Companies to Sell For” list for 2024. This is the 24th consecutive year the list has appeared in Selling Power magazine, which was founded in 1981.
TRSA members that made the list include Cintas, Ecolab, Prudential Overall Supply and UniFirst. The list encompasses companies of all sizes, with sales forces ranging from fewer than 100 salespeople to companies with sales-force numbers in the tens of thousands.
To gather data, the Selling Power research team issued a newly updated comprehensive application with detailed sections covering these categories:
- Company Overview
- Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring, Sales-Rep Onboarding and Training, and Sales Enablement
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
- AI incorporation into improving sales processes
