Spartan Chemical Promotes Groth

Spartan Chemical Co. Inc., Maumee, OH, recently announced the promotion of David Groth to director of laundry and warewash.

Groth ascended to the role due to Spartan Chemical’s continued focus on the industrial laundry and warewash market, overseeing the company’s growing program for these key vertical segments.

For several decades now, Spartan Chemical has provided professional laundry and warewash products, training and management software needed for day-to-day operations. Spartan’s Clothesline Fresh® laundry program was launched in 2007 with the SparClean® warewash program following two years later. Since then, the company has continuously invested in innovation, products, training tools, management software and personnel.

“The laundry and warewash segments continue to be a primary focus for us,” said John Swigart, president, Spartan Chemical. “David’s extensive experience will surely accelerate growth for our distributors and complement our offering in these markets.”

Groth joined Spartan Chemical in 2021 as an industrial laundry specialist. He brings a wealth of experience to his new role with more than 30 years’ experience in the textile care/chemical industry.
