Sutariya Joins Kemco Systems Staff

Kemco Systems, a CECO Environmental brand based in Clearwater, FL, hired Jignesh Sutariya as the company’s senior engineering manager. Sutariya brings more than two decades of experience in industrial product development and engineering leadership to the position.

In his new role, Sutariya will lead Kemco’s engineering team consisting of project engineers, electrical engineers and design engineers. His team manages build-to-order and make-to-order projects for Kemco’s water treatment, wastewater recovery and water-heating systems.

With dual master’s degrees in aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering, Sutariya has worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, mining, industrial laundry and water treatment. He has been published in a variety of technical publications and holds three patents, with two additional patents pending. Most recently, Sutariya’s hands-on engineering leadership experience in the industrial laundry field lends itself well to a transferral of skills to match Kemco’s primary work in food processing, laundry and concrete industries.

“Looking at Kemco’s product portfolio, with a robust and wide variety of products, I knew the position would be challenging and rewarding when it came to product design and engineering leadership,” Sutariya said. “Additionally, the core values of CECO, particularly delivering customer satisfaction by doing the job right, resonated deeply with my personal and professional values.”

Sutariya’s goals for the position include continued enhancement of the company’s engineering practices to ensure products are designed and delivered in a timely and precise manner, with his team contributing directly to Kemco’s long-term company growth, particularly on an international scale.

“I have a great deal of experience working within an international company where I had the opportunity to work on projects of a global scale,” Sutariya said. “While Kemco’s market is primarily in North America, one of my primary goals is to leverage CECO’s sales and service network to scale our revenue and open up the market in regions where we currently do not have a presence.”

Market expansion and international growth are shared goals with Kemco’s leadership team, and hiring the right people for the initiative makes a difference, a company release noted.
