TRSA’s Textile Services magazine was recently recognized for outstanding content and design with a Gold Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (MarCom), according to a news release.

Founded in 1994, MarCom includes several thousand creative professionals. The association oversees awards and recognition programs. That includes providing judges and setting standards for excellence among entrants to the competition, which draws entries from publishers, corporate marketing and communications departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design agencies, production companies and freelancers.

Industry professionals serve as judges for the competition. They review entries, looking for works from companies and individuals that exceed a high standard of excellence. Winners are chosen from entrants whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. The 2025 competition drew more than 7,000 entries from across the U.S., Canada and dozens of other countries worldwide.

Textile Services received a Gold Award in the Association/Magazine category. Senior Editor Jack Morgan said he and his colleagues are happy to have their work recognized with this Gold Award. “It’s always great to have industry peers recognize our publication for excellence,” Morgan said. “We’re grateful to the MarCom judges for selecting Textile Services for this award.”
