TRSA will unite hospitality and food and beverage (F&B) laundry specialists for the 2026 Hospitality and F&B Conference taking place September 16–17 in the Greater Boston area. This two-day event is designed for linen, uniform and facility services professionals specializing in hospitality (hotel) and F&B (restaurant) laundry.

The conference consists of two tracks of sessions focused on the operational and market challenges of serving these distinct markets, plus general sessions covering shared challenges. Attendees will benefit from a balanced program that combines joint sessions and dedicated breakouts, allowing participants to gain both a broad perspective and sector‑specific insight.

Programming begins with a combined keynote focused on automation and technology trends impacting hotels, restaurants and service partners alike. Morning breakouts will offer data‑driven outlooks on the U.S. hotel and restaurant industries, highlighting market trends, labor dynamics, operational challenges and customer expectations.

Additional sessions throughout the day will address sales and service strategies, linen quality and cost management, reusable versus disposable programs and the evolving value professional laundry operations bring to hotel and restaurant customers. The first day concludes with an executive-level closing panel featuring hospitality and F&B laundry specialists, followed by facilitated roundtable discussions and a TRSA networking reception.

On Thursday, September 17, attendees will participate in a local plant tour providing an inside look at large-scale operations supporting hotel and restaurant clients.

“This conference provides operators and supplier partners serving these market sectors to network with colleagues and gain insight into market-specific trends and challenges,” said Joseph Ricci, TRSA president & CEO. “Participants serving hotels can discuss the processing of customer-owned goods (COG), PAR levels and increasing the outsourcing of hotels’ linens and those serving restaurants can discuss opportunities to increase the use of reusable linens and back-of-the-house garments and expanding services within restaurants while also addressing common challenges around labor efficiency, technology, sustainability and cost pressures.”

Registration for the 2026 Hospitality and  F&B Conference is now open. TRSA will finalize speaker confirmations and detailed session information shortly, with ongoing updates to be posted on TRSA.org.
