TRSA is set to host its Eighth Annual Marketing, Sales & Service Summit on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Hilton Boston Back Bay, bringing together professionals from across the linen, uniform and facility services industry for a full day of strategic learning, collaboration and innovation.
This year’s summit continues its mission of strengthening alignment between marketing, sales and service teams – key pillars for driving growth and customer satisfaction in today’s competitive landscape.
A Power-Packed Agenda
The event kicks off with a keynote from Shane Gibson, a globally recognized expert in B2B and social selling. His session, titled “Future-Proofing B2B Sales and Marketing: Integrating Data, AI and Traditional Skills,” will explore how companies can blend emerging technologies with proven sales strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

The day concludes with a joint networking reception alongside attendees from TRSA’s Healthcare Conference—offering even more opportunities to connect and collaborate.
