On Nov. 12, TRSA brought together 38 operator CEOs for a discussion focused on the future of the linen, uniform and facility services industry. The one-hour virtual event featured more than 55 one-on-one conversations among leaders representing TRSA’s diverse membership of independent operators, national and international companies serving various market segments.
Participants shared candid insights on the key forces reshaping the decade ahead, including market shifts, workforce needs and accelerating technological change. The session was held using a dynamic, peer-to-peer video conversation platform that enabled CEOs to engage directly with each other.
The insights from these confidential exchanges will be synthesized using built-in, AI-supported analysis and incorporated into a new TRSA Industry Outlook Report, which will serve as the basis for facilitated small-group discussions at the 2026 TRSA Annual Conference & CEO Summit, May 12–14 at the Silverado Resort in Napa Valley, Calif.
All operator CEOs will have an opportunity to continue this dialogue at the CEO Summit, which will build on the themes through deeper CEO-to-CEO discussion and peer exchange focused on long-term business strategy.

Participants were enthusiastic about the opportunity to connect. “I enjoyed my conversations, got to meet some new people, and we were able to share interesting information with each other,” said Alden Senior, CEO of Morgan Services Inc., Chicago.
