Wildman Business Group, Warsaw, IN, announced the acquisition of Springfield Laundry, based in Springfield, KY. The acquisition expands Wildman’s service area to nine locations serving more than 13,500 customers in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and now Kentucky, with 500 employees.

“The opportunity to come together was driven by years of mutual respect between myself and Jimbo Carrico, owner of Springfield Laundry,” said Josh Wildman, CEO of Wildman Business Group. “With the Carrico’s need for succession planning and an alignment on our shared mindset around a personal commitment and attention to team members, community and customers, Wildman is excited about the synergies formed and the ability to use business to change lives and glorify God by empowering people to flourish through their mission to provide products and services that keep teams and facilities clean, safe and looking great.”

Springfield Laundry was established in 1939 and is a fourth-generation industrial laundry. The company offers customized rental and laundry programs for uniforms, mats, towels and janitorial supplies. Spencer Carrico has also joined the team as assistant general manager, focused on production and service.
