Attendees must call The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas reservation line at 800-233-1234 to reserve a room. All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. After the due date of April 21, 2025, if a guaranteed room is not canceled 72 hours prior to arrival, payment for the full rate on that room will be charged.

There will be a $25 daily resort fee charge.

Earn CPLM Continuing Education (CE) Credits

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received by May 2, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after May 2, 2025 will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. We will accept substitutions. After this date, TRSA has incurred costs associated with hotel guarantees and other expenses. All cancellations will be addressed and processed within 30 business days after the event.
