Greg Cox, Auditor, Hygienically Clean Certifications
Having dedicated the majority of his career to the healthcare laundry industry, Greg has been an active member of TRSA for much of that time. He previously served as Senior Vice President and a founding member of NOVO Health Services. Currently, he is the President of Clean Facility Services, a multi-market organization specializing in medical and commercial janitorial services, headquartered in the Atlanta metro area.
Greg is passionate about people development, fostering purpose-driven cultures, and creating environments that empower talent and support professional growth.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he and his wife are avid travelers who enjoy immersing themselves in new cultures and international experiences. He is also deeply involved in philanthropic and disaster relief efforts both nationally and globally.

Liz Remillong is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at CORE Linen Services. With 39 years of expertise in commercial healthcare laundry, Liz has built a career defined by leadership and innovation. She has held diverse roles throughout her journey, including positions in sales, service, distribution, and operations, ranging from General Manager to Regional Manager and Division Vice President.
Her professional path has taken her through esteemed organizations such as Xerox, Marriott, and Sodexo, before she joined Crothall in 2006. Liz continues to leverage her extensive experience to forge strategic partnerships and drive excellence in healthcare laundry services.


Steven Tinker, Senior VP of Research & Development and Marketing at Gurtler Industries, has been in the professional laundry industry since 1970. With expertise as a product development scientist and marketing executive, he has contributed to the development of numerous industrial laundry detergents and specialty chemicals. At Gurtler, he oversees product development, quality assurance, technical service, marketing, and corporate strategy.
Steven has held significant roles in industry organizations, including as President of the American Reusable Textile Association (ARTA) and Vice Chairman of the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). He co-authored standards for healthcare textile processing and contributed to ANSI/AAMI ST65 standards for reusable surgical textiles. A founding member of several committees, he has actively participated in educational conferences as a speaker.
He holds a Bachelor of Chemistry with a focus on environmental chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
