Empowering Next-Gen Leaders to Build Support for Your Key Initiatives

Your most important initiatives likely hinge on people adapting to new behaviors, whether it’s using new systems, following new processes, or taking on different responsibilities.

Often, the focus is on designing, building, and delivering solutions, with little emphasis on helping people transition to these new circumstances. This can leave employees feeling uninformed, uninvolved, and unsupported, slowing implementation, lowering productivity, and weakening morale.

In this highly interactive session, you’ll collaborate with your industry peers to develop change strategies and tactics that can be applied to common challenges.

What You’ll Learn:

  1. Assess readiness and risk before launching an initiative.
  2. Develop a compelling vision and measurable success criteria.
  3. Engage stakeholders from start to finish.
  4. Implement effective and frequent two-way communication.
  5. Address your employees’ training needs.
  6. Proactively manage resistance.
  7. Sustain change post-implementation.

By leveraging these strategies, you’ll help your team adapt more smoothly to change, leading to quicker returns on investment and a more resilient organization.
