Matthew Callope, Vice President of Operations, Performance Matters

Matthew Callope is Vice President of Operations at Performance Matters Consulting and brings deep operations leadership experience in the textile rental industry. He began his career at Huebsch Services in Route Sales and Service, progressing into Service Team leadership and ultimately General Manager. During his tenure, Matthew helped drive revenue growth of more than 100% over eight years, led equipment and technology improvement initiatives, and guided a successful ERP software implementation.

Matthew is passionate about service excellence and building effective teams. He helps organizations unlock performance by creating clear alignment to a shared vision and translating it into consistent execution. He is especially focused on developing leadership depth beyond titles and fostering cultures of continuous improvement.

The TRSA Next Generation Executives are peers committed to information-sharing, networking and professional development, creating opportunities for rising industry leaders to build skills and relationships that foster active engagement in the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

Next Generation Executives events include social activities during the Clean Show and TRSA’s Annual and Legislative Conferences, as well as a one-day in-person workshop and an online networking activity. In addition, the Next Generation Executives Committee works with TRSA on TRERT Foundation initiatives such as the Industry Internship Program and more.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by June 5, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after June 5, 2026 will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. We will accept substitutions. After this date, TRSA has incurred costs associated with hotel guarantees and other expenses. All cancellations will be addressed and processed within 30 business days after the event.
