Bushnell's remarkable career spans over four decades, founding more than 20 companies, including Catalyst Technologies, Etak, Androbot, ByVideo, uWink, X2, and Modal VR. Notably, he hired Steve Jobs at Atari, a story he shares in his book "Finding the Next Steve Jobs."
Currently, he is the Chairman of ExoDexa Holdings, Inc., and Chief Knowledge Officer of Moxy. His work in education and eSports continues to drive innovation. He has also released acclaimed games like St. Noire and has consulted for major corporations such as IBM and Cisco.
Featured in numerous media outlets and documentaries, and awarded globally, including a BAFTA, Bushnell’s legacy includes a biopic in development with Leonardo DiCaprio as Executive Producer. His pioneering spirit and contributions make him a standout figure in technology and entertainment.

Studies have shown that companies that grow the fastest do not typically get a majority of growth by taking market share from other competitors. Instead, they achieve higher growth from two things: 1) they serve market segments that are growing more rapidly than other segments and 2) they are using M&A to acquire weaker players that they compete against.
While defending market share is important to lay the foundation for growth, the majority of growth does not typically come directly from organically acquired market share gains. We will examine data that supports this concept and then we will explore thoughts on where the higher growth segments are expected to be in the U.S. economy moving forward.

Structure drives function in every company, family, organization and team. As the leadership expert W. Edwards Deming has said, “Almost all problems an organization faces are systemic.” Therefore, it is crucial for the leader to shape the culture over and over in much the same way that an athlete shapes muscle.
In this seminar, the leader learns first how to address the emotions of the team and to excite the team with a vision and a personal connection. Then, by “keeping the main thing the main thing,” the leader learns how to maintain everyone’s focus on meaningful tasks. Finally, since there are keystone habits that act as fulcrums by which other good habits present themselves, the leader learns how to identify the keystone habits and to bring about a higher level of focus on them.
This entire process occurs because the leader creates a daily “go to” script, designing the words he or she speaks. Thus, the leader has developed organizational muscle and likewise created a winning culture.
