Liz Remillong, vice president, strategic alliances, CORE Linen Services, Huntersville, NC, has dedicated more than 40 years of service to the linen, uniform and facility services industry and is the first woman to win the award.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to receive this TRSA Lifetime Achievement Award,” Remillong said. “To be recognized in this way – and to be the first woman in our association’s 110-plus-year history to do so – is something I never imagined. I stand on the shoulders of so many who encouraged me, challenged me and believed in the work we could accomplish together. This moment is not just mine; it belongs to every person who has supported me along the way and to every woman who will follow. Thank you for this incredible honor and for trusting me to help shape the future of our profession.”
