Erin Wisser serves as the Director of Human Resources at Wildman, where she supports team members across six locations in Michigan and Indiana. With over 15 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and leadership development, Erin is passionate about building strong teams and creating processes that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
She earned her BBA in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University. Erin began her career in operations as a District Manager for Aldi Foods, then transitioned into recruiting as an Engineering Recruiter with Aerotek. She then spent 13 years at a manufacturing company in the plastics industry, holding roles in both Human Resources and Purchasing. In 2022, she became the Director of HR at WM Uniform, and following Wildman’s acquisition of WM Uniform in 2023, Erin assumed a broader leadership role as Director of Human Resources, supporting team members across all six Wildman locations.
Erin lives in West Michigan with her husband Joe and their three children, Katherine, James, and Olivia. Originally from the Detroit area, she’s called West Michigan home since 2004. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her kids in sports, spending time outdoors, cooking, and soaking up Michigan’s beautiful summer months.
Erin is energized by helping organizations grow through people-first strategies and is excited to share insights on recruiting practices that build lasting, high-performing teams.
