Lori Stanger

Vice President of People & Culture, Wildman Uniform & Linen

For over twenty-five years, Lori has focused on developing people and supporting the communities in which she lives and works. Lori, her husband Bret, and sons Landen and Reece, live in Winona Lake, Indiana.

Through her professional efforts she has helped to grow and scale companies from start-up, family owned and managed, and publicly traded (ranging from $50 million to $1.4+ billion in revenue) that service agriculture, flow control, textile rental, automotive, food service, and power sports customers globally. She continues to support many family-focused organizations and has served in many board and leadership roles with non-profit organizations in the Midwest.

Lori currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture for Wildman Business Group, LLC, a leading, independent family-owned industrial launderer and textile rental business headquartered in Warsaw, IN. Lori previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Kem Krest, LLC, a leading Tier I automotive company (Elkhart, IN); Vice President & General Council and Vice President of Human Resources for Winona PVD Coatings, LLC (Warsaw, IN); Assistant General Counsel for NIBCO, Inc. (Elkhart, IN); and Associate Counsel for CTB, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company (Milford, IN).

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Political Science, a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and is currently enrolled in the MBA Program at Indiana University in South Bend, Indiana.

Stanger currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County, is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Joe’s Kids (a non-profit pediatric rehabilitation clinic in Kosciusko County), and is on the Board of Directors and chairs the Governance Committee for CASA of Kosciusko County, IN. Stanger also previously served on the Horizon Education Alliance Advanced Manufacturing Sector Partnership Steering Committee, the Steering Council for the Elkhart County Leadership Academy, the Steering Council for the Indiana Governor’s Work Ethic Certificate Program, the Riley Children’s Foundation Regional Fundraising Committee, and served on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors and Executive Committee serving both Kosciusko and Elkhart County.
