Ryan Tucker is an Account Executive at Secure Passage, where he helps organizations navigate the intersection of physical and digital security through proactive, intelligence-led solutions. He works with security, HR, operations, and executive leaders to improve threat awareness, strengthen resilience, and protect people through integrated tools such as Truman Digital Identities, Haystax Operational Intelligence Center, and Workplace Behavioral Threat Assessment.

Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience in retail leadership, technology, cybersecurity, strategic sourcing, business development, and physical security. Before joining Secure Passage, he served as CTO and VP of Strategic Sourcing and Business Development for Tucker’s Furniture and Appliance, where he led technology modernization, managed IT infrastructure across multiple locations, implemented security monitoring practices, and supported long-term vendor and manufacturer relationships.

Ryan also founded and led Foresight Defense Group, LLC, where he advised clients on physical security planning, saferoom design, armored vehicles, reconnaissance UAVs, and security equipment sourcing. He is an active TRSA member and serves on the TRSA Safety Committee. His approach to active shooter preparedness is grounded in operational experience, practical security planning, and a commitment to helping organizations protect their people before, during, and after a crisis.

Steve Spurlock

Certified Threat Analyst, SafeHaven Security Group

Steve Spurlock brings more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and emergency management, with a proven record of leading high-stakes operations and advising organizations on complex security risks. His career spans counter-terrorism liaison work, aviation security, custody operations, workplace violence prevention, and executive protection. In both the public and private sectors, Steve has developed and delivered training in active assailant survival, threat response, and defensive tactics.

Retiring as a Captain with a California law enforcement agency in 2022, Steve transitioned to the private sector to meet the growing demand for experienced security professionals. He has since specialized in enterprise security risk management, corporate investigations, behavioral threat assessment, protective intelligence, and data-driven security analysis. His expertise allows him to identify vulnerabilities, analyze emerging threats, and design tailored strategies to protect both people and assets.

Steve is a Certified Threat Analyst, an active shooter response tactics instructor, and a seasoned trainer in arrest control and defensive tactics. In 2024, he joined SafeHaven Security Group as a consultant, where he applies his extensive background to advise clients, conduct investigations, and develop security programs that balance prevention, preparedness, and resilience.
