Advocacy, Sustainability and Leadership Drive TRSA’s Canadian/Northeast Summit

The 2026 TRSA Canadian/Northeast Summit will take place Oct. 28-29 at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. The event will open with a keynote address by Darrell Bricker, author and chairman of Ipsos Public Affairs. Bricker is a leading expert on Canadian demographics and public opinion, and will discuss the economic and demographic forces reshaping Canada.

Designed for industry professionals across Canada and neighboring U.S. states, the Summit will focus on leadership, operational performance, advocacy and evolving customer expectations. The program combines educational sessions, executive insights, peer discussions and networking opportunities tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities facing the Canadian market.

The event concludes with a tour of a 55,000-square-foot Cintas’ facility. Attendees will see a uniform rental and facility services processing operation serving customers across the food service, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and retail sectors, including advanced automation systems such as a JENSEN auto-sort system and the facility’s drive-through unloading/loading bay.
