Penn Emblem Co., Trevose, PA, recently promoted Tom Chambers to serve as the company’s manager of compliance and operational excellence. In this role, Chambers will work in conjunction with senior management to drive continuous improvement efforts and initiatives.
Chambers will be responsible for the development and implementation of process-improvement initiatives that will drive operational excellence. Additionally, he will identify improvements to increase satisfaction, reduce costs and improve overall business performance.
