Cintas Corp., Mason, OH, recently acquired Huebsch Services, Eau Claire, WI. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cintas issued the following statement, “Cintas and Huebsch are pleased to announce a merger between two remarkably successful companies. Our collective focus is on caring for customers and employees as the transition opens new opportunities for growth and innovation.
“All Huebsch employees will be offered jobs at their current pay, subject to standard onboarding. Cintas remains committed to the Wisconsin and Minnesota markets, and has purchased the Huebsch facilities to expand production and service capabilities.”
