City Uniforms & Linen, Findlay, OH, announced a $4 million investment in the expansion and modernization of its laundry facility.

The expansion project will enhance the company’s processing capabilities through updated technology, improved workflows and increased operational efficiency. As part of the investment, City Uniforms & Linen anticipates creating approximately 15–20 new positions over the next four years, supporting both economic growth and future workforce development in the community.

“We are excited about the future potential of our business,” said Rich Kramer, president/ CEO, City Uniforms & Linen. “Customers like to have options, and with the industry consolidation going on with publicly traded laundries and PE groups, City Uniforms is a privately held family business that gives customers the attention they deserve. This investment will allow us to better serve our customers, and will create additional opportunities for our existing and future staff.”

The facility improvements are designed to streamline production processes, enhance service capabilities and support continued growth across the markets the company serves. The modernization efforts also will help strengthen operational performance and provide employees with an advanced, efficient working environment.

Construction on the expansion began in August, with phased improvements continuing over the coming years. Founded in 1944, City Uniforms & Linen serves more than 2,200 customers across Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
