TRSA has unveiled an impressive lineup of events for 2025, catering to both in-person and virtual attendees. This comprehensive schedule includes a mix of educational and networking opportunities designed to engage and support industry professionals throughout the year.
In-Person Events
TRSA has planned 12 in-person events for 2025, offering ample opportunities for members to connect, learn and collaborate face-to-face. These events will cover a range of topics relevant to the textile rental industry, providing valuable insights and fostering community among attendees.
The first event of 2025 will be the West Coast Production Summit and Plant Tour, Acadia, CA, on Jan. 22-23, the first of three regional summits planned with identical content to bring the events closer to members. The 15th Annual Legislative Conference & Industry Awards Dinner scheduled for Feb. 5-6 in Washington, DC, will feature a Supplier Partner Workshop a day before the conference kickoff, followed by committee meetings, a keynote speaker and the awards dinner and reception. For the first time ever four national associations (ALM, ARTA, CSC Network and TCATA) will join TRSA members for Laundry Hill Day advocating on behalf of the industry. Additionally, the 112th Annual Conference, the most attended of TRSA’s conferences, has been moved from the fall to May and will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Indian Wells, CA. The Clean Show Kick-Off reception returns on Aug. 22 to launch the 2025 Clean Show. Other in-person events can be found here.
Virtual Events
For those who prefer or require remote participation, TRSA has scheduled a robust virtual program:
Nine Webinars: These sessions will deliver expert knowledge and industry updates directly to participants’ screens. Topics will range from sustainability and healthcare trends to safety report results, industry performance report highlights, IT disaster recovery and AI.
Two Summit Series: Each series will consist of 75-minute monthly virtual summits over a three-month period, with one series focusing on Healthcare and the other on Health and Safety.
Network Connections
In addition to the above, TRSA will host 12 Network Connections – one-hour virtual roundtables that facilitate discussions on specific topics. These sessions mimic the popular in-person roundtables, enabling industry staffers to share information and insights without leaving their offices. Attendees will break into virtual rooms depending on the size of the event. Topics for these Network Connections include production, general managers, IT, fleet, maintenance, safety/risk, and marketing, sales & service.
TRSA recognizes that not all companies have a travel budget or are restricted by time away from the office to send different levels of employees to in-person events. “Virtual events allow a variety of members to participate in the benefits of information sharing,” said Salita Jones, director of events and education, TRSA. Jones added that, “We recommend inviting more staff members and allowing them to increase their industry experience by participating in our free virtual events.” With this diverse array of events, TRSA aims to provide valuable learning and networking opportunities for all of its members, regardless of their location or schedule.
Whether attending in person or virtually, participants can look forward to a year of growth, connection and industry advancement. Click here for a complete list of events and registration information.
