Elis, Saint-Cloud, France, announced the acquisition of a commercial laundry in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The name of the acquired company was withheld at the company’s request.
The acquired company operates two plants in Aguascalientes, providing customers with flat linen rental and maintenance services, according to a news release. The business has 180 employees. Located about 300 miles northwest of Mexico City, the company’s 2025 revenues reached 5.5 million euros ($6.34 million). The current management team will remain in place to continue developing the business locally, the release said.
