Elis announced the acquisition of ServBrasil Soluções Em Lavanderia Ltda in Brazil.
The company, which provides linen rental and maintenance services to customers in the healthcare sector, is also known as ServBrazil. Headquartered in Teresina, Piauí, Brazil, its revenues reached approximately five million euros in 2025. The company operates several laundries located directly in its clients’ facilities in the central and northeastern regions of Brazil, notably in the Goiás, Paraíba and Piauí states.
This acquisition strengthens Elis’ existing network in the country and was consolidated in the company’s financial statements as of July 1.
