The first in the 2026 series of TRSA online roundtable discussions took place April 7, bringing together 30 participants to discuss risk management and workplace safety. Participants included executives who perform various professional roles, hailing from local to international operators in linen, uniform and facility services companies, as well as industry supplier partners.
This Safety and Risk Management Network Connections huddle emphasized best practices to help employees avoid mishaps and examined how efforts impact insurance and healthcare costs. The 75-minute session balanced the discussion between three of the most critical issues facing risk, safety, HR and IT managers:
- All employees – Safety as corporate culture, cost-control challenge
- Drivers – Truck tech and training to avoid mishaps, conflicts
- Cybersecurity – Avoiding the latest threats and strengthening response when incidents occur
Network Connections roundtables aren’t webinars—they are designed for information-sharing, helping you build and maintain your professional network. In this format, participants answer moderators’ questions and engage directly with industry peers.
