Halifax Linen Appoints Neal to GM Role

Carson Neal recently was named general manager of Halifax Linen Service at its Roanoke Rapids, NC, plant. In his new role, Neal oversees five department managers: controller, human resources, operations, service and sales.

A 2023 graduate of North Carolina State University, he holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and supply-chain management. Neal began his journey with Halifax Linen as a summer employee in June 2017, initially tasked with rolling mats. Over time, he transitioned into various roles encompassing route packaging, project management and data analytics.

During his junior and senior years of college, Neal primarily focused on systems integration. His efforts facilitated the integration of the company’s route accounting data from Alliant Systems to Halifax’s CRM, housed within Salesforce. This integration now occurs on a daily and weekly basis.

Halifax Linen offers a large range of services, including uniforms, bed linens, restaurant table linens and facility services products. With branches located in Wilmington, NC, and Charleston, SC, the company extends its services from Richmond, VA, to Savannah, GA, and beyond.
