Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), St. Charles, IL, announced the acquisition of Texas Textile Services, a regional provider of healthcare linen and laundry services based in Houston.

Texas Textile Services provides linen management, processing and distribution services, including collection, laundering, sterilization support and delivery of linens. The acquisition will expand HLSG’s presence in a high-growth healthcare market. Texas Textile Services has an established footprint in Texas, including a strategic operating presence and a long-tenured customer base. Many of the Lone Star State’s leading healthcare providers are clients of this laundry, thus making it a compelling platform for continued growth in the Houston market.
