Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), St. Charles, IL, recently announced a pair of additions to its executive leadership team. HLSG hired Brad Jacobsen as the company’s chief commercial officer (CCO) and Michael Dudczyk as the chief operations officer (COO).

Jacobsen brings more than two decades of business leadership experience to HLSG. In his new role, Jacobsen will oversee the company’s sales, marketing, customer service and managed services strategies, all while emphasizing customer retention and fostering growth. His career began in consulting, where he worked closely with clients in various industry sectors. Later, he ventured to the private-equity space, holding the position of vice president of strategic services at Irving Place Capital. Most recently, Jacobsen held key positions at the publicly traded Agiliti Corp. (formerly Universal Hospital Services), including national vice president of sales, vice president of solutions management & strategy, and vice president of operations.

Michael Dudczyk is a veteran of the linen, uniform and facility services industry. Starting at the ground level on the production floor, Dudczyk moved into more significant roles with Aramark and Cintas. He joined HLSG in 2019 as the vice president of operations, and quickly ascended to senior vice president. In his latest role, Dudczyk is committed to building upon HLSG’s previous successes and establishing a world-class service organization, with a focus on production, engineering, safety and transportation across the entire enterprise.
