The Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), St. Charles, IL, recently announced that its fast-growing Linen King regional brand plant in Columbia, MO, is expanding and will add 50-60 new jobs.
Staff at the Columbia plant, which serves healthcare and hospitality customers, are eager to further their commitment to supporting area healthcare and hospitality providers, while also enhancing job opportunities for area residents, according to a news release. “We look forward to contributing to Columbia’s growth and strengthening our team,” the release said. Interviews took place earlier this month at the plant located at 2600 Maguire Blvd.
Joseph LaPorta, CEO of HLSG, commented on the expansion, noting that, “Our growth at Linen King reflects our commitment to excellence in linen-management services and our dedication to the Columbia community,” he said. “The addition of these new jobs not only strengthens our workforce but also underscores our belief in investing in the local economy.
