ImageFIRST, King of Prussia, PA, recently acquired Ames Linen Service, Cortland, NY, according to local media reports. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As part of the deal, ImageFIRST noted that it would keep both Ames Linen Service clients and employees. “We’re enthusiastic about bringing this extraordinary company and their team into the ImageFIRST family,” said Jim Cashman, ImageFIRST president and CEO. “Our companies both share a dedication to our customers and our associates, which will inevitably lead to a successful integration into ImageFIRST.”
Ames Linen is a Hygienically Clean certified operation that serves clients ranging from Binghamton to Syracuse and from Ithaca to Utica. The company also has clients in Buffalo, Albany, Rochester and Elmsford.
