Nico Balbontin has been promoted to corporate counsel and director of AI at NOVO Health Services, Atlanta.
Balbontin joined NOVO Health Services one year ago as corporate counsel. In his expanded role, he’ll continue leading NOVO’s legal functions while helping shape the company’s AI strategy, driving responsible adoption and building AI education across the organization.
“Be curious,” Baltontin said when asked what his advice would be for new hires. “Don’t just do the task in front of you. Try to understand the bigger picture and how small things make impacts across the company.”
