PureStar, Las Vegas, recently announced the acquisition of certain assets of Radiant Services Corp., a leading hospitality-focused laundry and dry-cleaning provider.
Since 1981, Radiant Services has operated out of a 73,000-square-foot facility in Gardena, CA. The company services luxury and premium hotel customers in the Southern California area.
With the addition of Radiant Services to its portfolio, PureStar expands its geographic footprint into new markets, including key California cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego and Palm Springs. As the largest hospitality laundry provider in the U.S., PureStar’s portfolio now includes 36 full-service plants spanning major markets in the U.S., Cancun, Mexico; and Nassau, Bahamas.

PureStar is backed by private equity firm Cornell Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
