PureStar, Las Vegas, acquired Breck’s Commercial Laundries, a provider of laundry and dry-cleaning services to hotels and ski resorts throughout Denver, Breckenridge, Aspen and Vail, CO.
Founded in 2005 by Mike Mirzaitdinov and Ikrom Abdugafarov, Breck operates multiple brands across two facilities located in Silverthorne and Eagle, CO, along with a uniform, guest valet and dry-cleaning facility in Edwards, CO.
“This acquisition meaningfully expands our presence in the Colorado ski mountain markets while strengthening our capabilities and presence in Denver,” said Brian Herington, CEO of PureStar. “By adding these three strategically located facilities, we increase capacity, improve service reliability and create operational flexibility to better serve hospitality customers throughout Colorado. We are excited to welcome these teams into the PureStar family and to continue investing in the region for long-term growth.”
The company’s founders will remain with the company and play key leadership roles in driving operations and growth across PureStar’s expanded Colorado market. Following this acquisition, PureStar now operates 41 laundry facilities nationwide, as well as international operations in Cancun, Mexico; and Nassau, Bahamas.
PureStar is backed by the private-equity firm Cornell Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
