PureStar, Las Vegas, announced the acquisition of Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service Inc., a leading provider of hospitality linen services in New England, according to a news release.
Founded in 1985 by Jeffrey Ehart and based in Hyannis, MA, Cape Cod Linen serves hotels, resorts, vacation rental operators, restaurants and country clubs throughout Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport, RI, and greater New England, the release said. Ehart’s son, Patrick, serves as president of the company.
The acquisition strengthens PureStar’s presence in New England, while expanding its ability to serve one of the nation’s premier hospitality destinations.

Both Jeffrey and Patrick are expected to remain with the business, the release said. Jeffrey will continue to serve as a trusted adviser and ambassador for the business he founded. In contrast, Patrick will continue to lead day-to-day operations and partner with PureStar to guide the company’s next phase of growth. Their continued leadership ensures continuity for customers, employees and the communities that Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service has proudly served for more than four decades.
