PureStar, Las Vegas, announced the acquisition of certain assets of People’s Linen Services, a well-established and highly respected New England laundry service provider based in Keene, NH.
Founded a century ago, People’s Linen serves hundreds of hotel and restaurant clients throughout New England. The company operates two facilities totaling 87,000 square feet and employs approximately 130 team members.
“This acquisition immediately strengthens our market position and expands our reach further into New England, providing additional capacity for growth and redundancy for our existing operations,” said Brian Herington, CEO of PureStar. “As we continue to grow our national footprint, we are proud to welcome the People’s Linen team and brand into the PureStar family.”
This transaction marks PureStar’s third acquisition in 2025, bringing the company’s total to 38 hospitality laundry facilities across the United States, Cancun (Mexico) and Nassau (Bahamas).
PureStar is backed by the private-equity firm Cornell Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
