TRSA will bring two targeted industry events together in one location in January 2027, offering linen, uniform and facility services professionals the opportunity to take part in the West Coast Regional Summit and Independent Operator Network (ION) Summit in Milpitas, CA.
The West Coast Regional Summit, slated for Jan. 13-14, 2027, is designed to bring industry professionals together for education, executive insights, peer discussion and networking. Programming will address workforce trends, future leader development, industry consolidation and valuation. The summit includes a CEO Executive Panel, facilitated roundtable discussions, a networking reception and plant tour.
Immediately following is the ION Summit, created specifically for owners, operators and leaders of single-plant companies. The program, which will take place on Jan. 14-15, 2027, emphasizes practical education and peer-to-peer collaboration around the challenges and opportunities facing independent operators, with topics including sustainable growth, benchmarking and profitability, and operational improvement.
This will be TRSA’s inaugural ION Summit. “The Independent Operator Network was created to bring independent operators together around the issues that matter most to their businesses,” said Joseph Ricci, TRSA president and CEO. The summit will give independent operators an opportunity to meet face to face, discuss common challenges and share their experiences.
The two events connect on Jan. 14, when West Coast and ION attendees participate in a morning plant tour. The ION Welcome Reception will bring attendees from both summits together to network as the West Coast program ends and the ION program begins.
By bringing the summits together in Silicon Valley, TRSA is providing two focused experiences: one addressing issues relevant to West Coast laundries and another built specifically around the needs of independent operators.
