U.S. Linen & Uniform, Richland, WA, celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Stoller/Snyder/Mayfield family’s involvement in the linen, uniform and facility services industry on July 9.
On July 9, 1901, John Stoller bought a laundry in Walla Walla, Washington. It became the Stoller Cleaning Club and later became the Pantorium. In 1944, John Stoller’s son, Harvey Stoller, left the Pantorium to start Richland Laundry and Dry Cleaners, in Richland, which later became U.S. Linen & Uniform.
Currently, the company has its fourth and fifth generation of family members in the laundry business. John Stoller’s great grandson, Rick Snyder; Rick’s son, Drew Snyder, and his son-in-law, Zach Mayfield are now running the business.
