Vestis Corp., Atlanta, recently announced that Rick Dillon, executive vice president and CFO, left the company on Feb. 14 as part of a transition of the CFO role. Kelly Janzen joined Vestis as its executive vice president and CFO following Dillon’s departure.

Janzen brings more than 25 years of experience in various financial leadership roles and has been working with Vestis as a finance consultant since Oct. 2024. Prior to joining Vestis, Janzen was a finance executive in residence at Fernweh Group and working as CFO for Dabico Airport Solutions from Jan. 2024 to May 2024. Previously, she served as the senior vice president and CFO of BlueLinx Corp. from April 2020 to Aug. 2023. In addition to her experience at BlueLinx, Janzen has served as the senior vice president and chief accounting officer of WestRock from Aug. 2017 to March 2020, vice president and chief accounting officer of Baker Hughes from Sept. 2016 to July 2017, vice president of finance and chief accounting officer of McDermott International from Dec. 2014 to Aug. 2016. She also held progressively responsible leadership roles in finance and accounting at General Electric for more than 10 years. Janzen will work out of the company’s headquarters in Roswell, Ga.
In addition, the company announced that Tim Donovan, executive vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel, retired effective Feb. 14, and Andre “Butch” Bouchard was appointed as Vestis’ new executive vice president, chief legal officer, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Bouchard has more than 30 years of legal experience with publicly held companies in the industrial and energy industries. Prior to joining Vestis, Bouchard was the executive vice president, administration, chief legal officer and secretary at TEAM Inc., where he held progressively responsible legal leadership roles for more than 17 years. In addition to his experience at TEAM, Bouchard has held progressively responsible roles in legal leadership over 14 years at Southern Union Co. and its subsidiaries. Bouchard will work out of the company’s Roswell, Ga., headquarters.
