This Connections is free and open to single-plant operators.
Designed for small, single-plant laundry operators, this interactive Connections will explore how automation and technology can drive efficiency, control costs and support sustainable growth, regardless of company size. Participants will discuss practical automation solutions ranging from low-cost process improvements and production tracking tools to equipment upgrades and advanced plant technologies, with a focus on identifying what delivers the greatest return for independent operators.
The discussion will also examine how technology impacts staffing needs, employee retention, training requirements and overall operational costs, helping attendees balance workforce challenges with productivity goals.
Through peer-to-peer conversation and shared experiences, participants will gain insights into evaluating technology investments, avoiding common implementation pitfalls and building a roadmap for automation that aligns with their business objectives and available resources.
This event is part of TRSA’s new Independent Operator Network (ION) initiative designed to strengthen education, information-sharing and peer collaboration for single-plant, independent linen, uniform and facility services companies. Both TRSA members and non-members are invited to participate.
When you register, you will receive a Zoom link for your calendar and agenda updates. Connections are not recorded.
