Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by October 16, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after October 16, 2026 will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. We will accept substitutions. After this date, TRSA has incurred costs associated with hotel guarantees and other expenses. All cancellations will be addressed and processed within 30 business days after the event.

All Inclusive Package

Single-room accommodations at the Doubletree Hotel Dallas, Near the Galleria are included in your registration fee. Registration also includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks as well as social events and activities. Now that you are registered, accommodations will be automatically reserved for your arrival on Sunday, November 1 through your departure on Friday morning, November 6.

If you plan to arrive early or stay late, please contact Salita Jones to confirm availability by October 2.

Attendees are responsible for all incidental charges, $50 per day, associated with their hotel room, including but not limited to room service, minibar items, parking, and any personal expenses not covered by the event.
