TRSA will bring together leaders from single-plant, independently owned linen, uniform and facility services companies for the Independent Operators CEO Discussion on Nov. 12. This virtual conversation is part of TRSA’s Independent Operator Network (ION), an initiative created to strengthen peer connections, information-sharing and collaboration among independent operators.
During the one-hour session, participants will take part in a series of one-to-one confidential discussions with leaders from companies of similar size and market focus. This peer-to-peer format encourages candid dialogue, meaningful benchmarking and the exchange of practical insights among independent operators facing similar market conditions.
The discussion will examine the issues that most frequently demand an owner’s attention and how those responsibilities affect the ability to lead strategically. Participants will explore operational bottlenecks, delegation opportunities, leadership capacity and the balance between managing daily challenges and driving long-term growth. The conversation also will identify practical ways to free up time for business development, workforce planning, innovation and future success.
Insights gathered from the discussion will help TRSA identify emerging priorities, strengthen resources for independent operators and guide future member programming.
The findings from these conversations will help shape discussions at the second annual CEO Summit, held during the 2027 TRSA Annual Conference, scheduled for May 11–13 at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, in Naples, FL. The operator-only summit will give industry leaders an opportunity to build on the virtual discussions through deeper peer exchange focused on long-term strategy and the future of the industry.
